Viewing is strictly by appointment only with the auctioneers at the works in Birmingham. Attendees must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). No minors will be allowed on site.

If you are purchasing the equipment with the intention of exporting from the UK you must comply with all the necessary UK export conditions associated with this type of equipment. In certain instances Export Licences will be required and it is the buyer’s responsibility to make the necessary enquiries prior to purchasing. Please note under no circumstances must the goods be used to support equipment for the armed or internal security forces of Countries subject to UN, EU or OSCE arms embargo.
Upon purchase if you are exporting from the UK, a charge of £55 + vat will be automatically added to your invoice for us to prepare the paperwork which will require UK Export Customs Declarations. This process is now a mandatory UK export requirement and has been since 1st January 2021. All machinebidder invoices are issued on an Incoterms EXW (Ex Works) basis.
